スビンゴールド100%コットンツイルのバランサーキュラー®生地を使用した、バレルパンツ。
バランサーキュラー®は、日本独自の、それもたった数台しかない希少な編み機で、ジャージ素材でありながらまるで織り物のような不思議な生地です。ジャージ特有の伸縮性を維持しながらも、型崩れや、シワになりにくいのが特徴です。
スビンゴールドはインドの在来種SUJATHAと海島綿を交配させて生み出されインド南部でのみ栽培されています。繊維を傷めないために手摘みで収穫され、世界のコットン総生産量の数パーセントにも満たない希少性の高い最高峰の超長綿素材で、使い込むほどに風合いが増します。
特殊ミシン(Mlock®)を使い、縫い合わせる時に必要な縫い代を極限まで細くする事で、素材の良さを100%引き出しています。見た目にも美しく、着心地の軽さ、快適さを追求しています。
深めのタックと美しいドレープ感が特徴のバレルパンツです。

Barrel pants made of Svindal Gold 100% cotton twill Balancircular® fabric.
Balancircular® is a rare knitting machine unique to Japan, of which there are only a few, and it is a mysterious fabric that looks like a woven fabric even though it is a jersey material. While maintaining the elasticity characteristic of jersey, it does not lose its shape or wrinkle easily.
Subin gold is produced by crossing sujatha, a native Indian species, with sea-island cotton, which is grown only in southern India. It is harvested by hand to avoid damaging the fibers, and is a rare and top-quality super-long-staple cotton material that accounts for less than a few percent of the world's total cotton production, and the more it is used, the more it develops its texture.
Using a special sewing machine (Mlock®), the seam allowance required when sewing together is made as thin as possible, bringing out the best of the material 100%. We pursue lightness and comfort in addition to aesthetically pleasing appearance.
These barrel pants feature deep tucks and a beautiful drape.
