ニードルパンチ生地を使用した、オーバーシャツ。
ニードルパンチ加工とは、剣山のような針で２枚の異なる生地の繊維を絡ませて圧着させるもので、熟練職人による希少な伝統技術です。使用している生地は、透けるほど薄く軽いチェック柄のウールガーゼと、伸縮性のある無地のジャージベロアです。加工の過程で、無地のベロアにチェック柄を浮かび上がらせ、独特の表情を生み出します。ふんわりと空気を含ませることで驚くほど軽く、暖かな生地に仕上げています。
特殊ミシン(Mseamer®)を使い、縫い合わせる時に必要な縫い代を極限まで細くする事で、素材の良さを100%引き出しています。見た目にも美しく、着心地の軽さ、快適さを追求しています。
秋口には軽やかなアウターとして、冬にはインナーとしてもお使いいただけます。

This overshirt is made of needle punch fabric.
Needle punching is a rare traditional technique in which the fibers of two different fabrics are intertwined and crimped together using a needle like a swordsmith's mallet, and is performed by skilled craftsmen. The fabrics used are a checkered wool gauze that is so thin and light that it is transparent, and a plain jersey velour that has elasticity. In the process of processing, the checkered pattern is made to appear on the plain velour, creating a unique expression. The fabric is made surprisingly lightweight and warm by softly airing it out.
Using a special sewing machine (Mseamer®), the seam allowance required for sewing together is made as thin as possible, bringing out 100% of the material's good qualities. We pursue lightness and comfort in addition to a beautiful appearance.
It can be used as a light outer layer in early fall and as an inner layer in winter.
